We have been gifted such a beautiful world. Interpreting its wonder through drawing and painting has been my best vocabulary throughout my life.  I humbly believe that by mirroring the creativity of our Creator, I have been entrusted to capture the essence of what I see and feel.  While much negativity and glorifying that which is ugly, vulgar, and divisive dominates our culture... especially in art...by interpreting life and focusing on "whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable--if anything is excellent or praiseworthy" as subjects of my art, I have fulfilled my purpose. My tools are but paper and canvas filled with these images, thoughts, and heart.  My prayer is that they uplift the spirit of those who view them, honor those who have come before me, and glorify the beauty surrounding us.
